1. SolidMatrix® SMT Chip Fuses
AEM SolidMatrix® commercial surface mount chip fuses are recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (UL). These fuses are the result of AEM’s combined strengths in both circuit protection components and multilayer components manufacturing. Constructed as multilayer monolithic structure using a co-firing process, these fuses offer superior mechanical integrity and are ideal for applications in LCD monitors, PC cards, disk drives, portable communication products, PDAs, digital cameras, DVDs, TVs, cell phones, rechargeable battery packs, battery chargers, etc.

2. Multilayer Chip Varistors
AEM Surface Mount Multilayer Varistors (MLV) are manufactured with zinc oxide based semi-conductive ceramics using multilayer co-firing technology. It is designed to protect the electronic systems from surge and transient over-voltages by limiting surge voltage and absorbing energy. The MLV products have a wide range of applications, such as cell phones, digital cameras, PDA, MP3, notebooks, telecommunications, automotive systems, data systems, power supplies, etc.
