- Upgrading our production technology for higher productivity and better quality.
The technology platform includes the followings:
Materials technology: Specially formulated ferrites, low temperature co-fire ceramics (LTCC), binders, ink and pastes, arc suppressants.
Process technology: Wet buildup and dry tape casting, via forming dot connection.
Equipment technology: Specially designed equipment like wet buildup system, dry tape process equipment, continuous and intermittent coating, electro-plating equipment for SMD components without the use of plating media.
